What’s New at ABI World?
Online Items of Interest to Young & New Members Committee Members
Check out the new ABI World to view the upgraded Young & New Members Committee section. The new “committees” area of the web site allocates space for each ABI committee. From the home page, click on “About ABI” and then “Committees” to see all of ABI’s committees. In the left-hand navigation in blue, click on “Young Members.”
Once you click on the Young & New Members Committee, you will notice that the left-hand navigation in blue has changed again. Within the main page, you will see a listing of the committee chairs, the committee listserves (where you can join or view the Young & New Members Committee listserve) and agendas for any upcoming meetings of the Young & New Members Committee. In the left-hand navigation you will note that beneath “Young Members” there are two options: Minutes and Newsletter. The “Minutes” page provides minutes from past Young & New Members Committee meetings. The “Newsletter” page provides all back issues of the Young & New Members electronic newsletter.
The November issue of the ABI Journal will soon be hitting your mailboxes. The issue includes a few articles of interest to Young & New Members Committee members, including “Chapter 11—‘101’: ‘Executory Contracts under §365’” (written by Prof. John D. Ayer, Michael L. Bernstein and Jonathan Friedland).
The latest bankruptcy court opinions and circuit case updates are made available at ABI World every week.
